Alternative Futures Group (AFG) is a North West charity that supports people living with learning disabilities and mental health issues to live happy, secure and fulfilled lives. With a very widely dispersed workforce -many of whom are based remotely or out in the community – its mobile strategy is central to helping its teams deliver the responsive, person centred support that its people depend on.

The solution

A long-standing relationship with TalkTalk Business has enabled AFG to rely on a solid mobility strategy supported by a high quality, responsive service. From a technology perspective maintaining an efficient, connected and cost effective infrastructure are the overriding objectives. But beyond ‘providing kit’ the charity has come to rely on TalkTalk Business as a technology partner, keeping them abreast of innovations in the marketplace and guiding them on embracing new internal initiatives, such as a recent scheme to foster greater employee engagement.
