We’re constantly reviewing our products and services to ensure you always receive the best possible experience and we are delighted to introduce you to our new, web based call management portal - The Portal.

The Portal will soon replace your current service - Call Care - giving you a range of enhanced call management tools to control your non-geographic numbers including:

  • Manage and monitor inbound call activities
  • Improved reporting tools
  • Increased functionality to configure services helping you maintain control
  • Clearer screens for ease of use
  • Online training and user guides
  • A Secure Certificate is no longer required unlike Call Care


Your migration date is based on the type of services you are using. TalkTalk Business will contact you 60 days before your migration date to outline what will happen and what is required from you. 30 days prior to you migration you will be given access to the The Portal portal so you commence creating users for all of your customers. Once the migration is completed you will receive an email informing you that the migration has been successful.

Training Opportunities

Training will be offered as a part of your migration process, but if you are already using The Portal in parallel to Call Care we can offer you and your team a dedicated webex training session or onsite training workshop to help you to familiarise yourself with The Portal to help you manage and grow new business. If you would like to take advantage of this training, please email resellertraining@opal.co.uk with your request.
