We are making enhancements to the Line Availability Checker on the TalkTalk Business Portal. These changes are being made to allow for easier navigation and to provide enhanced results from the checker. This will mean the results page will display the results in a slightly different way as to previously before.

We are aligning our speed estimates to the code of conduct following as part of the voluntarily codes introduced by Ofcom.  The changes on the Portal will display an Attainable Speed however you may still use the ‘EstimatedAnnexADownstreamSpeed’ on the results page.
